My
contribution to the profession can be viewed from different angles.
I created a blog titled "Creativity as a Gift" by which I present to colleagues the experience
from the combined class The blog contains a lot of
preparation for classes with a full description of the activity. It also
includes the scripts I took from colleagues working in "clean"
departments and adapted them to work in a combined class. A large number of
colleagues are contacting me asking for permission to download the preparation.
The blog contains examples of school documentation (a consent for shooting and
photographing students, a form that informs the parent that their child has not
done a homework assignment, a form that gives a student who, due to
illness is away from school, provides
information on what to compensate, operational plans, achievements of pupils ...), texts of published
works in the journal, photographs with the layout of the classroom, excerpts
from student volumes, material for the processing of teaching units by the
method of working on the text... I
also provide a contribution to the profession by publishing the scenarios for
work in the 4-class combined department in the "Educational Review".
At
the Winter Teacher Meetings I held a workshop on horizontal-vertical
integration of teaching contents in combined classes.

In
the magazine "Teacher" I have published three professional papers
that discuss the problems of working in the combined department, but also about
problem teaching.
I
present an example of good practice at professional conferences. At the
Teacher's Council I presented myself in the period from 2014 to 2017, and in
the electronic volume of the Association of Teachers of the Republic of Serbia,
in addition to these works, I have 11 examples of good practice that were also
published in the period from 2014 to 2015.
As
a co-author of examples of good practice, I also presented the "Let's
Start" course in 2016 in Knić. My example of good practice was also
presented at the "The Magic of Recycling helps nature" organized by
the Society of Teachers of Belgrade.

During
the ceremony regarding the Faculty Day, the Faculty of Education in
Jagodina gave me the public recognition as an extremely active and nationally
recognized teacher who completed all levels of study at the faculty, and their
students who deal with the topic of the combined departments point to my blog
in order to find useful articles and used them to upgrade within their thesis.
They acknowledgedme in a way when the group of their professors and students
visited my school in order to expand knowledge of work in combined classes. I
am a candidate for problem teaching and problem classes in combined classes,
and I have published a paper in Eduka Proceedings on the occasion of the
competition "Lesson for Example" (2017).
I also recorded several children's movies on the YouTube channel and they are available to the public. Movies can be used in classes.
In
the school I work in, I organized numerous activities and for years I was the
coordinator of the Professional Assistance for the Development of School
Programs. I've organizedin the the schooll discussions with the goal of
exchanging experiences in the classroom, I implemented numerous distinguished
classes and activities, the initiator of various competitions for students and
organizer of the research that for their goal had the improving the teaching.
A large number of posts on the official
website of the school I work in relate to the activities that have been carried
out in my department.
